Elders Commercial is a family owned business with proprietors Tony & Sam Polistina, both Accredited Licensed Real Estate Agent and are members of the Real Estate Institute.
Since 1989, our office have sold and leased properties on behalf of the N.S.W. Government, Department of Housing, The Federal Government, McDonalds Family Restaurants, St George Bank, The Commonwealth Bank, The State Bank, Westpac Bank, Telstra as well as numerous large and small private owners.

Director and Office Licensee of Elders Commercial since 1989. Tony is currently:

- Committee member of Western Sydney Commercial/ Industrial Agents
- Member of Real Estate Institue of NSW Commercial/ Industrial Chapter

Sam Polistina
Director and Office Licensee of Elders Commercial since 1989. Accredited License holder, member of the Real Estate Institute and member of the Estate Agents Co-operative. Sam, with over 19 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, has been significantly involved with the transactions of Developments Sites, including both Raw & Approved Sites.
Greg Schultz
One of the Elders Commercial founding members, from a background of International business and direct marketing. Greg Started Real Estate in 1985 with one of Australian’s leading Industrial franchises. Greg is currently

Greg has received many performance awards and is one of Elders Commercials top performers.
Domenic Polistina
Accredited Property Manager, Licensed Real Estate Agent, commenced working in Real Estate and Elders Commercial in 1995.
Domenic started his career as a property officer then worked his way to come the property manager until 1998.
In 1998 Domenic joined the Residential Real Estate team combined with the sales of Rural properties and in 2001 was awarded from the Elders/Gilmour Group on Excellence in Sales Performance Award.
In 2006 Domenic has joined the Industrial/ Commercial team and now focuses on Industrial/ Commercial Sales & Leasing.
Domenic’s main objective is the Commercial CBD and obtaining good tenancies for the current and new Landlords.
